Why Marie is a bad Mama Jama: If you think you were nervous about introducing the love of your life to your dad, try making the introduction to 1,500 father figures in a French army.
That’s where we find Marie, a tomboy raised by the army, who is actually a member of high class society (unbeknownst to her). When she brings home her soulmate — the peasant Tonio — her “fathers” are unhappy about his lack of uniform and her well-to-do aunt is determined she marry better. The writers promise a good, old-fashioned, happily ever after as Marie defies convention and follows her heart.

What Carmen is a bad Mama Jama: There’s a little bit of Carmen in all of us. She’s fearless, spunky, free-spirited, brave and enjoys flirting, smoking, drinking and having a good time — on occasion.
The dazzling heroine is loved by two men and when she makes the decision to leave one behind (the army corporal) to be with a passionate bullfighter, her choice proves tragic. In the end, her life and decision are all her own, proving she would rather stay true to herself than play it safe and be miserable.
Eugene Onegin

Why Tatyana is a bad Mama Jama:Tatyana is unlucky when it comes to love. After she declares her love for Eugene, a rich playboy, he kills his best friend in a duel.
Years later, Eugene returns from self-imposed exile to discover Tatyana is married to a prince. He realizes — all too late — his true love for her and enters an impossible situation. In choosing fidelity to her husband, Tatyana denies herself true love — but preserves her honor.
